We are doing a service exchange.

This is not barter card.

My service, the return on investment is higher for you than it is for me.

I'm not getting...

anything out of getting my hair and makeup done.

In fact, getting your hair and makeup done takes two hours out of your day.

And then if the makeup artist wants to take content, it's an extra half an hour afterwards.

So you're actually losing part of your day.

Again, is this the fucking, you know, am I saying that, oh, guys, think of influencers.

No.

No.

I'm not trying to do some sympathy thing.

It's a wonderful job.

It's a wonderful benefit to have people offering to do your beat for free for sure.

But it's also within this influencer's right to say, I actually don't want makeup artists makeup for free.

Like how I don't want a cookie for free.

Sometimes you just don't want it.

And if you do want me to advertise your makeup, then you have to pay.

The other thing is people are saying it's not worth $1,000.

Okay, I think we have a misunderstanding of how much influencers are actually charging.
