How amazing having that support from such a young, a young relationship, you know, like a fresh relationship and him having that understanding and maturity as well to go, okay, things are getting a bit crazy.

Not you're crazy, but things are getting a bit out of control, you know.
Yeah, because this relationship obviously is a constant through your menstrual cycle, obviously, but it would be incredibly hard to stay grounded and connected while you are going through all of this.
I think a lot of women listening who have PMDD would love to hear your perspective, maybe to send to their partners or their male friends or their, you know, dads or brothers.
So I think a lot of women now we do know about PMDD and we go, yeah, we can understand it because we all know someone that has PMDD.
