So it's acting as a vehicle that you're essentially doing combo weaning, which is the best of both, I think.
Yeah.
So as soon as they start solids, you can technically start introducing all the allergens because once you go through them, it's free reign.
And so many of these allergen foods are really highly nutritious as well.
So you kind of want to tick them off and get them introduced as soon as possible.
And the rule with the allergen foods is that always early and often so that your baby can then build tolerance to them.
And then you can add them because when you think about it, there's so many meals that
that we all make that contain soy and milk and eggs and like all the top nine allergens.
They're just honestly a part of our everyday foods.
So I think as a, like as a household, general household, you always, and also the recommendation is to get them started as soon as possible.
Probably not the very first time you start solids.
Just give me some.
Yeah, get over that first hurdle of starting solids.
But then, yeah, absolutely introduce and tick them all off because the nuts too.
So there's nine top allergens and then there's another nine of the nuts as well on top of that.
So it's, yeah, you've got to get started.
So there are two huge differences with gagging.
It's very loud.
Your baby will be coughing and spluttering and they will turn red.
