Tonight, authorities say a man is dead after opening fire on children at an elementary school in Butte County, California. The calls to police coming around 1 p.m., authorities racing to the scene. At the Feather River School of Seventh-Day Adventists in Palermo, California, about 10 miles outside Oroville, officials say two students were shot and wounded, rushed to the hospital.
