Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe in, breathe in that resourceful feeling of calm and relaxation.
And as you exhale, just allow any feelings of worry, stress, or tension
start to leave your body in your outward breath.
Breathing in relaxation, exhaling tension, each breath enables you to release any emotions, any tension, any sensations that have been holding you back consciously
but especially unconsciously, that's in.
And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you feel.
And the more relaxed you feel, the deeper you breathe, where each breath enables you to drift deeper and deeper down
to that wonderful place where change happens not through force but the change happens naturally in that wonderful way because there's things that you've changed in your life that didn't require effort
an item of clothing that used to be your favorite and then you just stopped wearing that item of clothing things change all the time so as you breathe in and breathe out just fill your lungs completely right deep down into the diaphragm and then release all the way out
letting your body relax and soften as you do when you breathe in just fill your diaphragm and your chest and then as you exhale just allow your shoulders to drop your jaw to loosen
and allow your hands and your arms to just feel limp and loose and relaxed like the limbs of a puppet with no strings that's it with every breath you're moving into a deeper state of calm open honest awareness not asleep
just curiously present.
