Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe in that slow, calm breath of relaxation.
And as you exhale, feel that wonderful feeling of release.
As if any recent tension, stress, worries, even regrets start to leave your body in that outward breath.
And when you breathe in, keep breathing in for longer than you normally would.
And as you exhale, allow the outward breath to continue.
To keep breathing out until there's nothing left.
A vacuum there in the diaphragm so that when you breathe in,
You breathe in deep there from the belly.
That's it.
Because the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you feel.
