It's a reverse.
So let's say I'll give an example.
So Porsche, the car companies, one of our big customers on brain trust,
Let's say they've got a big machine learning contract coming down the pipe and they know they're going to need 10 TensorFlow engineers.
That's a type of machine learning engineer.
And Braintrust only has five.
Well, so the software will actually see that job coming down the pike and say, OK, we're going to start with a point five percent referral bonus for machine learning TensorFlow.
OK, it's got two days have gone by.
All right, let's kick it up.
Point seven five.
All right.
And so the software will keep ratcheting up the reward until the roles get filled.
What's awesome about that is instead of the end of the value of the network is then given programmatically to whoever helped us build it.
Right.
Like not some employer, not some, you know, stooge VC, you know, sitting back collecting all the value.
Right.
It's the most fair way to build a two sided marketplace.
Well, your grandma better be good at TensorFlow.
The only way you're going to get paid for her is if she gets paid invoices.
I see.
