I think the future can be anything that I want it to be based on my mindset. I mean, really, there's so many opportunities out there, trends and changing technologies that the brand Firehouse Training can assist in many different areas, whether it's first response, health and safety, mental health.

You have to have a plan, whether you're making notes on a piece of paper or sending emails to yourself about ideas you had. The one thing I've learned is that it's one thing to have an idea, but you have to have a plan to put it into action.
