So I can see every pitch, and I have my iPad with all the stuff on it.

Okay, all right.

I'm prepared.

I do have to stay locked in, and I'll tell you, it wasn't that easy the other day.

It was literally like 40 degrees, and I was not prepared.

It was totally bad by me.

My toes were numb.

My fingers were numb.

Luckily, I knew some guys on the Cleveland bullpen who were making fun of me the whole time, and they brought me fresh coffees and stuff like that.

We thought I was going to end up in one, and that would have been pretty funny for the broadcast, but they brought me this blanket that kind of did the job early.

I knew it was the right pitch.

I knew what he should have done.

I just didn't know if he would do it.

So there was a moment in midway through it where I said, he could throw a pitch.

He could go really high fastball or curveball in the dirt, but they can't be strikes.

Like, that I was 100% sure about.

Like, the pitch had to be out of the zone.

But then he said, so you like curveball here?

And I said, absolutely.

Just got to get it to the ground.
