And now I'm like, it's just like holding weights, like just isometric holds and just all this stuff that I was like, I'm never going to do this. Now I work out like I'm an 88-year-old grandmother. Wow. Like, who's just, like, doesn't want both of her hips to snap if she misses a stare. You have pool noodles with a bunch of other old ladies.
