Yeah, I would love to put you on MAPS Anabolic. The two days that you were kind of doing abs, you could still do that as your trigger days. So in MAPS Anabolic, we've got the three days a week plus โ two days are trigger sessions. And so you could follow that protocol, still do your kind of going to the gym or going in your garage, working out five days a week. But it's a little more organized.
