The hardest part about talking about this one, because I agree too, this is probably the number one reason why I would do it is how individualized this is.
This is where coaching becomes so unique and special to the client.

Well, so at what week do you do that?
Do you do that three weeks in a diet and then you do this?
Or do you do it on their tolerance?

And it really determines the client and how they feel, the feedback that I'm getting, the results that we're seeing.
