I think that if I'm going to go, man, that's what people want. It's my job to then teach them how to attach fitness to all these other things, right? But if I'm being honest, I know what got me in the door. I know what got me into working out. It was my issues with body image, right? How I looked, insecurities. And so if that's what got me to walk in the door...

And then now over time, I learned a lot. And the same thing goes for a client. The client comes in and they're coming in with body image issues. But we also have created this massive thing that we have where we can talk for an hour and a half, two hours. And when you are building a business online, you don't necessarily have that. And so this is a harder one.
