Basically, they're saying you can be optimized, which is another way of saying think about yourself more.
I think that's kind of like the interesting- This is an important point.
Yes, that's what I'm saying.
So you put yourself under the microscope more and more.
And Brian exhibits this.
And I'm not, you know, he says he's doing it for the greater good, which is fine, it's all good.
But like to be that obsessed about every aspect of yourself is typically, in his case, it's different.
It's typically not a recipe for high self-esteem.
It's actually the opposite.
And so I think that's the biggest unlock for young people watching this or wondering about it.
