So anytime I see a last name that
ends with a Z, you feel me?
It looks like it might be Hispanic.
That's getting put to the bottom of the pile.
Anything that sounds like it's fucking Middle Eastern or Muslim or black or has Mohammed or this or that's getting put to the bottom of the pile.
And this is the way people like in that position.
So I'm able because like, yes, I'm clearly being racist, right?

My prejudice is effective.
Because now you're prevented from getting a job.
You feel me?
Other races are prevented from getting... So that right there is what I feel like the general understanding of what the word racist was.
So if you're a black person that's racist and, you know, the...
you're not in a that same position you don't work for a company and you're and this obviously isn't the only type of thing situation that a black person's in but like the most you could really do is just talk shit online or complain or you feel me be like talk shit amongst your co-workers and try to cause dissension is your racism is your prejudice being effective yeah but i don't think
Let me give you another example.
Let's say you're a black professional.
Let's say you're a black professional in an even higher position than I was in.
Let's say you're not just the HR department.
You're the VP of the company and you're really determining policy.
If there's policy coming in, that's going to be make the company a lot of money, but it's a bad look for black people.
