When I look at the standings, the first thought to me is that the New York Yankees have the largest division lead of any team right now in Major League Baseball. They're seven games up right now in the ALAs, and I feel like they're going to run away with it, right? It's amazing. They're not a good team. They've lost five straight games. They're 400-500. The Jays are too inconsistent.

The Rays aren't that good. The Orioles are the worst team right now in perhaps the American League, aside from the Chicago White Sox. So I think the Yankees are going to run away with it. They've won 16 of 20 since May 6th. They lead the AL in win percentage, run score. They're second in ERA over that span. and they particularly mash against left-handed pitchers.

So the pause when I look at the Chicago Cubs, and I called PCA as my breakout star of the year because I met him in spring training. I love the guy. He's got stars in his head. I go, how am I going to outrun for this guy? And he's been awesome. We knew his defense was good. Plus 23 outs above average since the start of last season.

That's the best in all of baseball, but also his offense, of course. I mean, he's slugging over 600, and he's got 51 RBI, which is amazing. 49 RBI, excuse me. Say Suzuki has 51, his teammate. That's like the quietest 51 RBI in baseball. Suzuki's... Single season career high is 74. Only Aaron Judge and Otani have more extra base hits than him this season. So Suzuki leads in RBIs.
