I'm going to try and pronounce it now.
Bolotea has come under fire for saying it'll add a surcharge to tickets.
And they're fighting that, the local consumer rights group there.
Can you see a kind of sneaky surcharges coming onto flights today?
OK, fair enough.
I suppose the logical thing to discuss then is travel insurance.
Can you buy insurance that will cover the cost of you losing your holiday if one leg of the flight or all of the flights are cancelled?
Yeah.

What will it pay out for?
So we'll say, you know, one leg of your journey is cancelled.
Yeah.
But then that means you can't get to your accommodation because you can't get another flight or, you know.
So will that cover the cost of you losing the accommodation as well?
So, OK, on the topic then of travel agents or tour operators, do you still need cover then?
