No I think like the way the world is moving so fast-paced it would be remiss of me not to say that because
I need to keep my eyes and my mind open to whatever the future holds.
But for me, like I'm built on a mission to build a legacy brand.
So like what I often say to the team every start of the year when we stand up every half year and we come back together, we're not here for like a quick win.
This is like what we're doing now is setting us up for hopefully a really long future, even beyond Amy.
You know, like I want to be up there in those moments
top 10 global beauty brands in the next decade is that a huge goal absolutely gigantic does it overwhelm me yes if I think about it for too long so I just focus on my small steps that I know I can take off and that's this year 18 month plan 24 month plan
no I'm definitely definitely very involved in the business but also I have been forced you know not just for myself but for the sake of our growth to actually really more so try and embody a CEO role over the last year or two and essentially what that means for me is try to lift yourself out of that detail empower teams to to do it because they're more than capable is that scary though
Yeah a little bit but at the same time there's something really like fulfilling in that teams are so able and then I can actually focus on the parts that I need to kind of direct us and leadership team and my leadership team has grown a lot and that's a total game changer and that was nearly my refocus of kind of sitting into a CEO role went from
I have these roles that are reporting into me, into this is your leadership team that actually one of your key objectives needs to be how you build and scale them because the success of the business doesn't ride on me.
You know, it needs, it needs the full ship.
So thank you for referencing cream cushion because we are very proud of it and we do not have stock of it enough to sustain it.
it is definitely the most viral launch we have ever experienced.
And like you said, it's amazing.
And then the backroom, you know, supply chain logistics are like, oh my God, what are we going to do?
But ultimately like so positive.
But I think the product pipeline, it's probably the area that I adore the most in the whole business.
It's like my heritage of how I started.
So I feel totally at ease there.
But obviously we've got a full team now who are incredible and so capable and really understand the brand.
