Or someone comes up and says, I'm kind of good at graphic design, is there anything I can do here?
And then you've got a graphic designer on board and everybody starts to chip in.
And then all of a sudden the feeling of helplessness starts to go away.
And then that's really when the magic starts to happen.
And same, I mean, I'm sure you've experienced that as well with Common Knowledge.
Yeah.
It comes for me back to not allowing yourself to be pacified.
Don't let things just pass you by.
And
Sometimes I feel like this activation or like getting people to get active and start like applying their skills and their talents towards a certain end.
A lot of the time comes down to like personal initiative, but a lot of the time it comes down to leadership and someone kind of coming to this realization that they are powerful and that they have got agency and skills and talents.
Yeah.
And for us, like, I suppose we're just doing what we do.
And if other people feel like sort of inspired by it, or if they come to realize that they also have got a valuable contribution to do, then that's great.
I mean, it's kind of like leading by example in a way, or just like, I think if you do what you do to the best of your ability, that sets a good example anyway.
Totally.
I mean, I think it didn't really mean to say lead by example in the sense that we're the leaders.
So I guess that's kind of what you're kind of alluding to, but...
I think it's important to have a sense of the bigger picture when it comes to geopolitics or how the world is operating, all of these like big systematic things that we're kind of invariably a part of.
I think it is important to have a sense of that, but ultimately it's more important to be able to just sit on the same level as people and work together and like do things together.
