it's the small things that make a big difference at the end of the day.

You know, if we're talking about Palestine, I mean, the greatest satisfaction I get when I'm working in Palestine is just being in the gym and working with people.

Like doing a training session with somebody is the same as I would do with somebody here.

It's not, there's nothing, there's no grand political aspirations connected to it.

It's just connecting with someone and having a bit of crack as well along the way.

So, yeah.

And there's great satisfaction in just connecting with people, no matter where that is.

Same thing with the podcast.

You know, I love sitting down with someone and just tease out some ideas and see what comes out of it.

Actually, just thinking back to the first time I did the course with you and I got your nail gun jammed.

There was no satisfaction there.

I put the nails in back to front.

So we had had the intention of going to Cuba in October this year for holiday, but the opportunity came up to go out there as part of an international convoy that was being organized to

bring some medical aid over with us each person who was going as part of the convoy was to bring a suitcase or two of medical supplies with us which is a gesture of solidarity more than anything in terms of like how much of an impact it was going to have because of the international the blockade that's being imposed upon Cuba like there's a massive need there

And what we brought was tiny, but that was a part of it.

And to go and learn more about what was happening on the ground in Cuba.

And so we took that opportunity to go.

It was part of the Nuestra America convoy.

NICAP were invited to come over and play a couple of songs at it.
