You are paying it monthly.
Yeah.
And there have been years where it's not needed.
So it's not just the six months.
It's all 12.
It is, right?
Because what happens, that's fine if it snows on Friday night or Saturday night.
What would you do if you've got a blizzard on a Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night and you've got to be there when the snow is over at 6 a.m.
calling out?
I mean, if you're going to call out for that responsibility and use your sick days or your vacation days, that's fine.
And I think it's actually, you could even have a rotation.
Like,
have a snow removal committee.
Yes.
Where you're looking for six guys or gals, whoever, and you're on call.
You know, like, for instance, and here would be the fair way to do it, in my opinion.
First week of October, you're on call.
Second week of October, the second guy.
And you just rotate it through.
And you may never have to deal with it, or you might get screwed and get it four times in a winter.
