We were talking about Easter and we meant to talk more about it when we had Melissa on the last podcast because her book is kind of aimed towards Easter and
Yeah, we wondered what's the origin of the word Easter.
So it has a pagan, the word itself has a pagan origin?
That's what it says.
Did you know that?
However... I did not know that.
Which we didn't get into that with Melissa, but she talks a lot about it apparently on her YouTube channel.
But the idea that a lot of people, even inside Christianity, don't really understand that Easter is about the resurrection in terms of that's how we present it.
More about a traditional holiday.
The resurrection feast.
Well, it's kind of, you get into the same sort of argument, and certainly we've had that conversation.
that from like about Christmas too.
Like we celebrate the birth of Jesus, but it's not, and then you kind of have the same stuff because is it Santa Claus and the gifts or is it the birth of Christ?
