He has delivered, I would say, on probably 80% of the things he talked about.

But to be honest with you, Sean, when it comes to those files, I think it's kind of disingenuous that people have said that, oh, Trump said this over and over and over.

I used to be a youth director for the Trump campaign, so I've been to many of his rallies.

I don't recall him ever making that a big deal.
