So you're going to get overlap in that toxicity.

But what about something like TDXD, right?

That doesn't have the same payload.

There's not going to be overlap with toxicity.

So can you combine that antibody drug conjugate with EV Pembrel and maybe raise the bar there with response rate and...

survival.

And tell us more about the HER2 story because we're seeing in the DV story, like even one plus patients can have exceptional responses.

You know, of course it's enriched more in two and three plus, right?

And the FDA approval right now is in three plus for in HER2.

So what do you guys think?

It's just really amazing that HER2 we've been talking about for decades in gastric cancer, breast cancer.

And for the longest time, we have not even known this to be a real thing in bladder cancer.

And now we're talking 60 to 80% of people have this, which is, you know, it's a gold rush.

A lot of exciting molecules, bispecific T-cell engagers.

But I think, you know, there's a lot of insight in bladder cancer.

We've talked about Evie Pembro really transforming this paradigm in the frontline setting, but 40% of people might be on that tail of the curve, but that also leaves 60% of people still going to die from their disease, right?

So we need to make sure we're testing.

If you don't check, you're not going to find it.

And right now, HER2 and FGFR are the big guns that we need to be looking for.

And, you know, I mean, ertifitinib is rough, right?
