Canadians and hockey fans are always proud of that tradition.

He had not a horrible game yesterday, but very shaky for the three that they lost.

when you've got uh... you know did the uh... regular season scoring leaders and uh... and and and the big men and that's like that is pretty embarrassing way to go out uh... as you know this week historically were regarded as uh... not being uh... very tough in the uh... uh... in the final stages of any uh... playoff uh... they used to say that this is a swede can go into the corner with an egg in his pocket and uh... and come up with an unbroken
I don't know that that's true anymore, and the Swedes certainly equipped themselves well
in international hockey.
But they got out-muscled.
They certainly, Boston beat them up pretty well.
You know, I go back to the old days of Oren Esposito and more recently Cam Neely, real good pals with all those guys.
I used to get to practice with them, and it's been a long time since Boston could celebrate.
So happy for all of those guys.

Not nearly, but I played golf with Cam, but I used to practice with Orin Espo, including in the old Boston Garden, and when they would come to L.A., I would be invited down, and it was kind of embarrassing.
I would, you know, they'd do the slap shot drill from the blue line, and I remember on one occasion...
Jerry Cheever's actually taking off his goalie gloves and catching my slap shot with his bare hands.
