wages aren't keeping up with the cost of inflation and groceries.
And it's just a struggle that everyone is living.
And I've listened to Cormac and Mark and Liam and Derek, and they have their own challenges in their own ways.
And they were either directly involved in the protests or they were impacted by them.
But I think we needed those protests to get the government to sit up and listen.
Funnily enough, that happened.
Last month, we had an issue with one of the cars and it cost 500 euros to fix.
So that was a credit card job.
We're not in debt and it'll cover us and we can plan month by month so it's not going to be a noose around our neck but that's an actual thing that happened in the last number of weeks that it was an unexpected outlay which was required so credit card us and then we'll clear it next month.
Yeah, it's just not going as far as it used to.
And I don't know what's going to happen.
Like in 5, 10, 15 years time, am I going to be a homeless person statistic?
Look, it's a possibility.
I mean, there's only so many hours you can work in a day and there's only so much time you can invest in working.
But if the cost of living goes and continues to go the way it's going and wages not keeping up with inflation, then, you know, of course the number of homeless people is going to rise.
You know, I don't know what's going to fix it.
