This is something that I've dug into.

So the machine itself...

is a is a metal 3d printer and a cnc machine all in one so it will come in and it will print say a block then it'll come in and it'll machine out what it needs and then it'll 3d print on top of that the next portion and then it'll machine whatever and then it can finish 3d printing or finish machining from now on oh yeah they're very cheap

The ones I've seen were only three, but I would venture to say that if there's not five axes out there, they'll be coming, I'm sure.

As far as I know, they were the only ones that were FAA approved to weld structural parts for airplanes.
