There is, again, my initial thought is whatever he said at the very front end of this quote,
was contradicted by whatever he said at the bottom end of the quote.
Those things don't match up.
Those things actually contrast with each other and fight against each other on the very same quote, just lines from each other.
I don't know if.
if I would call it development, but if I am the manager of the team and I know I have issues, I'm gonna address those issues.
Now, if in the process of addressing those issues, Sergino Des becomes a better player, hey, that's a bonus.
If in the process of addressing those issues, Alex Freeman becomes a better player, hey hey, so be it, we'll take it.
And apparently that has happened because Alex Freeman is now a Villarreal.
So something, it is within the responsibility of the manager to address the issues that you think you have with your team.
I don't know if you can call it development, I don't know if you can call it teaching moments, but if there is something that Mauricio Pochettino and his staff can share with a player,
Bring you to the side and say, hey, we think that you can do this better by doing this.
