So smart.
And then what do you think about this though?
Putting something in the box.
A new toy.
Like a new toy.
Because I don't want her to think on the airplane she gets all new toys.
But another tip is...
It doesn't have to be a new toy, but a toy they haven't seen before or they haven't seen in a really long time.
Not their favorite toy, but something that's new to them or new to them in the past month, I think, occupies at least five minutes.
And all these things, we're trying to get 10, 15 minutes max.
Okay, Blue Painter's Tape.
so this was one from the comments that i did try when we get home and it's putting blue painters tape you know you you wad it up and you stick it on the window and then they can take it off and put it on the tray table or on the seat or on mom's face or on dad's face and i think that's a really cute idea so when we got home i found some blue painters tape and i put it on the fridge for her to take off and she thought that was really fun but she thought it was fun for like three four minutes
Well, the way I think we would do it now is the present would be the starting point of the 30 minute block.
So you give her one present, then you know, okay, we're going to do one snack.
Then we're going to do blue painters tape.
And then we're going to do window time.
So this is another hack.
And don't underestimate the power of the window.
Try to get the window seat.
She loves, and Harrison will say this, it depends on how easy the window goes up and down, right?
