And obviously dingoes are very divisive in the country because a lot of people don't even recognize them as being a particularly important ecological variable in the ecosystem.

But there's obviously also a lot of conflict between different research groups.

And then obviously the farming community.

So my hypothesis is that the monitoring of the species on different lands, whether it's on cattle land, indigenous land, in national parks, then that in of itself could potentially bring some of these groups together is to try and figure out, you know, how are these populations of dingoes doing or wild dogs, if you'll call them, in these different areas and for a variety of different reasons.
