They're just not.
You know, so I think the average is 20 years to be diagnosed with an autoimmune before you're like finally diagnosed.

Okay, so I would imagine since you were a teenager, you had antibodies on your blood work that no one checked.
Right.
So you're walking around with silent autoimmunity.
And then stage two is reactivity, which is antibodies are still elevated and you have symptoms.
