You're living together most of the time.
What are some signs though that you have gotten yourself into a situation that is fully codependent?
If someone is sitting here being like, you know what, Esther, there's a chance.
There is a really good chance that I am in a codependent relationship.
And I do like love my partner.
And I think we've just like fallen into this.
And it's really, it's not toxic by choice.
Like it just happened.
What are some steps that you can take within your relationship to reconnect with yourself and build back your individual identity while still remaining in a relationship?

They're like, this isn't my life.
