We kind of like, there was a pitch yesterday that Connor hesitated.
He wanted to do it, but didn't do it.
It was before the home run.
It was a strike.
He looked.
We're like, go ahead.
It doesn't matter if it's the first hit.
What he did last year, the last three months, he was one of the best hitters in the big leagues.
It's not about earning or he deserves whatever, but the guy sold 30 bags.
He drove in 90-something runs, hit 20-something homers, drove in.
I mean, he was amazing hitting the ball the other way.
And if that's the case, he's going to be surrounded by lefties, which at one point they're probably going to bring a lefty for Roman.
He'll face a lefty and he can catch it.
Hopefully, by the end of the week, they play seven.
I mean, shoot, the game yesterday was flying, and I was telling Ramon that we've got to take them out.
It's not about the at-bats.
It's about the innings, you know, just standing out, standing out there for five or six innings.
So hopefully by Sunday they play seven.
