I've always thought from my point of view as a commentator that my role is to say my opinion.
If I think it's unfair or unsafe, the rest of the time I will defer to my co-commentators.
That's Jolene Parkman, David Coulthard in the past, Mark Webber.

People who've been there, done that.
And I have always liked going, right, I'm saying what's going on.
You're telling me why.
And that's always how I've done it, whether it be a Formula Renault race, whether it be a last lap of the season in a Formula One title decider.

Generally, successful broadcasters have an ethos and an understanding and basically a real understanding of why they approach it the way they do.
It's an authenticity that Nelson talks about there that he would feel that if you didn't give your opinion that you weren't doing it the right way.
I if I felt I led with an opinion before David Coulthard, I would feel I was doing it the wrong way.
Yeah, it's really interesting.

This is the crazy thing.
You see, I'm speaking to one of my noisy neighbors, as I always refer to as the commentators.
And then I don't know that.
I really enjoyed, I came across your end of season montage last year, Nelson.
Obviously, I heard you through the wall a couple of times, but I'd never heard the whole thing put together.
And even though you will not be surprised to hear that I don't speak a word of Dutch, that I absolutely... But it is a real language.
