Yeah, without doubt.

And I actually, obviously, the disappointing thing was to concede a goal so early.

You know, we talk about expectations and the hopes of the nation.

And to concede in the manner in which we did, you know, you've got two experienced centre-halves there.

You know, and between the two of them, they badly got it wrong.

And ultimately, that's what's caused them on the night.

I think overall, the first half was pretty poor.

From an offensive point of view, they were quite well structured.

And then I thought in the second half, I thought we really kind of tried to get after them a little bit without really creating too many chances.

But I have to say, I thought the second half was better.

They showed an initiative.

and I think the game plan would have played out considering they scored a goal Morocco after two minutes or so so I think they would have tried to stay in the game I think you had mentioned a really interesting point about keeping the goals down as well so 1-0 against a team of that quality is no shame but Ali the big talking point must be the penalty kick oh no listen it's got to be a penalty kick see for me

It was an absolute liberty.

It was a diabolical decision.

And for VAR to not intervene for a clear and obvious error is, for me, a mistake.

And I think Steve Clarke will most certainly highlight that after the disease pressure.

Yeah, without doubt.

I actually thought the last five, six minutes of the first half, I actually thought Scotland started to get a foothold, they got their full backs high and wide, they were flashing balls into the box, and you think, right, OK, they come out in the second half and continue with that.

And with Charlie, in some ways, there is a source of frustration because you think to yourself...

And it's about getting the balance because you can't just go gung-ho against that type of quality.
