It's a great book that really makes the concept of trust, it breaks it down into some practical steps that you can take.

There's one I like a lot, and it's a weird one for you.

It's Father Greg Boyle, who built Homeboy Industries.

He wrote a book called Tattoos on the Heart.

And I like him because our company is about making work matter.

And his whole story is about how he created a company in the middle of the gang areas of LA and just made work matter for people.

And so he's a guy that I like studying.

Well, the ones I have most open often are Delta and Marriott.

But for business, well, I would say the one I like personally is Strava.

This is an online tool that makes me ride my bike further.

For business, we use Slack internally.

I'm a big fan of Slack.

We've just integrated our product in a super cool way to Slack, but I'm a fan of that.

I am married to a woman I've been with for 32 years.

Wow.

And we've never had a fight.

Not one.

We've got four kids, 21, 16, 13, and 11.

I think that we get so focused on what am I getting done?
