Cause the issue was the people we were buying it from didn't have a formal agreement with the university.
And so the fourth one couldn't get his head wrapped around.
He's like, why don't we just do this ourselves and not have to buy it from them?
And we're like, they have a brand.
They do have a relationship with the university.
It's,
goodwill and it's intangible.
