The good news out of all this is the Hawks did provide an update to TMZ saying that James, the injured season ticket holder, is in good spirits. He expects a full recovery. That's about as bad a night as you can have attending an NBA game. And I hope the Hawks get them something nice. Maybe like a signed team basketball or jersey or something.
But we're all thinking about you, James, especially Andrew, who has a recent experience messing up his knee while playing a child's game. Hopefully, when he's fully recovered, James will be able to enjoy that video with his family because there admittedly are some funny parts. None more so than Shamina Morton's commentary as she tried to figure out how to handle that situation.

Yeah, you're getting your fill for the year this week. I saw a stat that I just thought perfectly summed up this weird season for the Nets where they trade for their own picks back and then they're unable to lose as many games as some fans might have hoped for.

So while the two wins this week push the Nets firmly into that sixth spot in the reverse standings, it's really hard to blame those wins when they come against the Mavs and the Wizards. You know, one team's really struggling. One team's just really bad.

But if you're a Nets fan feeling disappointed in their current lottery position and want to get mad at something, look no further than this stat from Colin Helwig on Nets Daily. The Brooklyn Nets are currently 8-7 on the road against Western Conference teams this season. Above 500 on the road against the Western Conference.

The only other teams in the East who can say that are Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, and Indiana.
