And so you can imagine a world where like all these chains live side by side, they play their own role.

I don't know, it's tricky.

Clearly you have some network effects

And very, very smart people building in the Ethereum ecosystem and investing in the Ethereum ecosystem.

I don't think it's going away anytime soon.

I guess my fear would be that it's kind of my analogy is like Netscape was kind of the first browser that was very successful.

They developed JavaScript.

And so the analogy would be like Ethereum and EVM.

Actually, the main thing that lives on after Netscape is JavaScript, which all the other browsers took but built better browsers with than Netscape.

And so no one uses Netscape now, but everyone uses JavaScript.

All the browsers use JavaScript.

You could imagine a world.

I'm not saying it's going to happen.

You could imagine a world where no one uses Ethereum, but the Ethereum virtual machine lives on.

Monad uses EVM.

It doesn't have any connection with the Ethereum Layer 1.

but it has seemingly very good technical attributes.

And BNB chain uses CVM, right?

Again, no direct connection to Ethereum.
