So we need to figure out and understand, you know, what that means, because it's going to be massively destabilizing.

We also need to understand the ecological impact, because in places like Florida, I think that, interestingly enough, Governor DeSantis is looking at some constraints and controls to make sure that water resources are being shepherded.

I think the driving factor is that data centers are pricing problems.

It is creating a massive surge in costs.
My twin brother's district, and he's a congressman in Northern Virginia, they're experiencing a lot of the stuff.
So we need to make sure that we preserve space for residents.
for small and medium businesses in communities, and that they're not priced out by massive AI companies and data centers that could just buy up all the utilities and buy up the energy supply.
That's one thing that we need to account for.
