It has to come from internal.

Um,

Um, but you know, you do hear people with all these misconceptions and it's a, I see it as an opportunity, uh, to set expectations.

And again, there are people who just aren't going to do it.

I can't tell you how many negative comments I get on my YouTube videos that it's like, oh, these are for weak minded people or, uh, you know, all of that wonderful stuff where you're just like, sounds like this modality is not free and that's okay.

Yeah, I will say I'm seeing more and more people become hypnotherapists, which I think is wonderful.

I have seen more and more people.

Really, it's interesting.

When I went on to Instagram the other day, I typed in hypnosis.

I just wanted to see what was coming up, what was going on in our field.

really get into the nitty gritty of what was being posted and shared.

And a lot of it is just straight education.

It's like the myths behind hypnosis.

And that's telling me that that's really interesting, right?

That this is the number one problem that our industry has is the misconception around it.

And I like that the more people I've talked to, I had started an app a couple of years ago and just getting out there in the world, education is so important.

And there's more education that's being put out there about it.

There's more science that's coming out about it.
