bring balance between feminine and masculine. So if people have gone through traumas and dissociate, trauma is a very complex thing. Trauma is when we go, and I fully agree with you that we shouldn't call it post-traumatic stress disorder. I like to call it post-traumatic stress injury because it's more of an injury. There's more compassion and empathy other than, oh, this thing is a disorder.
Like, you know, scientists, you just study people. You don't express emotions and love and care. So we need to understand what we do when we're traumatized. We have the memory of this thing that happened 20 years ago or five days ago, and we're holding onto it and trying to push it away. And we're complaining about its existence.

We try to self-medicate and try to run and get people to help us from the outside. And there are many businesses around this, people who lack the integrity to just... sell us stories or something taken out of its context, but we're not gaining back agency. Agency is what we lack, and that's what this trauma has caused, lack of agency.

And let me take apart agency, because it's important to take these words apart, because we're so good at saying the right words, but we don't follow the right action, and words are cheap, as we know. Actions are real. Agency is our will, intention, attention, logic, discernment, reasoning, intuition, imagination, inspiration, presence of mind, and many more.

But these are a few things, which is what we bring to any experience. This is what happens phenomenologically when we study the mechanics of an experience. Who's having the experience? Who's commenting on it? We always label things. So we start to label things in the wrong way when we are suffering from PTSD. And we don't work toward hearing it because we're still doings.

We're human doings, not human beings. We're always doing things. And that's the problem is that we can no longer go to sleep because there's a lot of doing in the head. Well, yeah, thinking is important. I'm not saying that. How can this work with that in harmony, right hemisphere, left hemisphere, and how can this work with this? This is where alchemy is for me.

Yes, exactly. Balance, harmony. which creates a different state of resonance. So let me go back to the hardware that I talked about and what I'm calling here the hardware. I know technology has negative connotations, but it also has great things. Any powerful tool, we can do extreme good and extreme bad. But I'm doing this on purpose to get my message through.

Let's pretend the body parts are hardware. The brain, the heart, the limbic system, and the different parts of the brain, and the guts, and the microbiome, and microbiome, and the vagus nerve, and so many other things. It seems that if this hardware is working out of balance, our consciousness becomes different.
