Don't move through the harmonics very quickly, which means don't start to move the tongue very quickly, very slow first, just to get the hang of it and to know the placement that this tongue has to be in exactly the right place for the right echo chamber to amplify naturally that specific harmonic. If you move too quickly, you're gonna miss it.
