My name's Alexa Kassar, the current head coach of the JVW first team.

It's a make or break.

But yeah, it's a game decider.

So I think it's something that obviously triggers players.

And if they don't have resilience, it impacts them mentally for a long time after.

We lost it on one penalty and it was actually one of our most experienced players.

It got saved and it's heartbreaking because it's that final straw.

You know, you've got one hand on the trophy and it gets snatched away from you so quickly.

So, I mean, that stands out a lot in my mind and I think it's something that I always make sure to practice going into tournaments to know to be able to trust my players when they need to step up, they'll step up.
