Oh, yeah.
And thank you for having me.
It's a delight to be here.
I think in essence, what we discovered when we were looking at the data was a sense that work never ends and that it's also incredibly intense.
So the way I think about it is very much everything, everywhere, all at once.
We see that it starts incredibly early, that people are in their inboxes and checking their emails, you know, the minute they wake up, they're reaching for their phone.
And we see that it doesn't end at 5pm, that people continue to work after 5pm and, you know, continue to receive and send a lot of messages and communications well into the evening.
So the span left to right, you know, six to midnight is very long.
It's got a long tail.
And then the intensity within is very high.
So we have lots of high peaks.
We have lots of intensity.
And that is all coming together to create a sense of sort of unsustainability or never endingness, if you will, for the individual employee.

It is amazing that we no longer have to physically relocate to an office to check the latest work updates.
That is a gift in many ways, right?
But it also comes with this sense of lacking boundaries because now all of a sudden people
There's nothing preventing me from accessing my phone at any point in the day and checking my email.
And the really interesting part of that experience, I think, is that email is the entry point into your workday.
