If you waste your valuable time on this earth hoping that someone who left you will come back.
That's a weak dog, okay?
You are better than that and you'll start to rebuild, you'll start to rebuild, you'll start to rebuild.
What I do recommend that you do is create new experiences for yourself.
When you start to create new experiences for yourself, whether it be like something radical like...
big travel or moving somewhere or whether it be a complete change in routine or adopting a brand new hobby or it could be a million different things.
But new experiences start to create a distance between the person you were with when you were with him and who you are now.
When someone leaves your life, they leave a void.
And if you replace that void with just thinking about them, it's so painful for so much longer.
Use that void and think, what can I do to be really kind to me and my future?
What can I fill it with that's really enriching for me?
And you start to slowly fill that void with things that feel nice and feel good, with social outings, with people that actually want to hang out with you, people that actually love your company.
You start feeling loved.
You start feeling like really valuable.
And you start to heal.
Okay.
So that would be my advice.
I know exactly what you've gone through and it was like a fucking dagger to the heart.
But honestly, it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
The best in hindsight.
