Maybe it's been really awful, but you have coped.
How are you recovering from that?
How are you dealing with it?
How are you healing?
That really helps reshape your attachment styles.
So that number one.
And number two, communication.
Communicate, communicate, communicate.
It's a journey that you're on.
When you're trying to heal your attachment style, it's a fucking journey that you're on.
And it's not the funnest journey in the world because logically you know what will help.
