And I actually thought that we would do this because of the amount of questions that I get, whether it's in my DMs, whether it's a response to an ask me anything on my Instagram, or also, of course, in my emails with head noise questions and all of that.

So many of you speak about dealing with family members or in-laws in particular, parents and

um and parents-in-laws as well and there's so many behaviors that not just with what you guys have written in but also that's just been documented in you know psychology for years that narcissists do especially and i'm not necessarily talking about in a romantic relationship this is more family narcissists and how they treat their children and different people in the family

that I thought it would be a nice, quite unquote nice, I don't know if you want to call it nice, but something that's maybe like a bit therapeutic for you guys to go through this family narcissist bingo.

I am putting a lighthearted spin, but it's not to take away from how serious it is dealing with a narcissist in your life.

I just thought I'd do something like this as a way of you guys being like, oh my God, there's so many people here.

that understand my position and get me.

Also, if you don't have a narcissist in your family, where there are many, many families that don't have narcissists, it's actually the, you know, having a narcissist in your family is not really the most common thing, but it's more common than we'd realize.

Okay.

And I thought that it would be cool to just do this episode because you might, you know, have heard your friend talk about this and be like, oh my God, I get what they're going through.

Oh my God, that must be so frustrating.

of like a way to bond with other people that are in the same boat as you and feel a

the fucking shit that I'm going through because sometimes when you've got a narcissist in your family especially with some of the behaviors that I speak about it makes you feel like you're the one that's going crazy and everyone on the outside believes them and doesn't believe you and this is just to show you that that is not the case at all and you're not the crazy one anyway so that is what we're going to be talking about

Also, very quickly, I know I said I was going to do a poll on my Instagram regarding which one you wanted and the poll wasn't put up.

And it's actually because I don't want to bore you with the details of like the ins and outs of the tech that goes on behind the fucking podcast.

But just in a nutshell, I was just moving over who the hosting server was at the podcast, which means nothing for you guys.
