We have been through a lot. But a team environment now, of course, and we always get asked about this, how we're guiding and mentoring. It's so important that they have this voice. And I think it's important for us to kind of give them that voice. Yeah. We check our ego at the door and everything we fought for. Yeah. They're living it now.
