So another theory is that the Isdale woman was involved in some sort of criminal activity.
So some people suggest she was involved in drugs, forgery, theft, or even sex work.
If she was involved in any of these risky business ventures, she could have been murdered for just being in the wrong crowds.
Something as small as someone owed her money or she owed someone money or they didn't like what she sold or any of these things.
It could just be being in the wrong crowds.
But the thing is, it doesn't really explain her behavior leading up to her death.
She likely would have spent more time in the larger cities and would have made more of an effort to blend in if she were doing illicit activities.
By almost everyone's account who saw her, she stood out.
She was not blending in.
There also wasn't any evidence found with her belongings that suggests she was involved in any sort of organized crime.
She didn't have...
